Good evening mates, and welcome to Canada Day! In honour of that great land and its people, we've got literally twice the amount of releases we had last week! So grab a bag of homo milk and read on, eh:
Canadians
First, we've got the latest chapter of Sora no Deau which is really beauty, even though Nagi acts like kind of a hoser. Thanks to our Francophone friends at Rooftop Scenery for the scans.

    I love Dame BL oneshots but the latest one is not my cup of tea, even thought I didnt get it, he shouldnt have punched the other boy (fan?), he was really mean at the end.

    The new chapter of Sora no Deau Basho de was sweet and I like the art. The new Dame Bl was a bit weird haha And I felt bad for the fan. But it sure is different from the mainstream yaoi manga :)

    Thanks and yay for Canada day! And gay milk!... maybe, I'm not sure what gay milk is, but it sounds like something I would yay about. And I have no idea what that Dame BL was about... maybe a metaphor for fickle hearts and the cool down period after the intense passion at the beginning of a relationship? No clue...

    I think the Dame BL story is purely tongue-in-cheek. The humor is very subtle, but it's definitely there. I don't think the fan changed its form into a boy or anything like that; it was all just a crafted delusion. The story just has to be a joke. Think of it this way: Guy bumps into fan at the store, starts talking to the inanimate object (hence the stares), is infatuated with the fan and yearns for it, weather starts to cool, uses fan less and less ('where have you been?' panels), quits using the fan totally.
    You can either look at this from a dark perspective where the story is about a guy who really isn't well pretends his fan is a lover -OR- that the author was writing a humorous piece, and simply that. I bet you this was written during the summer haha
